Specializing in Technology and Operations, Rachel Freno’s vast experience in the Network Marketing industry spans two decades. Her extensive background includes systems implementation and management, software specification requirements, database management, infrastructure development, and end user support. Rachel has managed projects involving migration from legacy systems to state-of-the-art technology and the deployment and support of those new technologies. Raised in the Network Marketing industry, Danica Grimm Ciulli’s life-experience in and around the industry has given her keen insight in to what it takes to build and grow multi-million dollar companies from the ground up. With nearly a decade of her own Direct Sales experience as a Vice President overseeing the Corporate Communications, Creative Services, and Marketing for several highly profitable companies, Danica’s impressive credentials make her a valuable asset to CNI. A graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Studio Art, she also has extensive experience in graphic arts designing company brochures, magazines, product labels, flyers and other important sales and communications tools. Danica’s priority is ensuring that CNI’s image and vision are embodied in everything she does.
Edoardo Ciulli has vast International and domestic experience in the areas of operations and marketing, as well as being an accomplished entrepreneur. Upon graduating with a Master’s Degree at the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Italy, he became the co-owner of C & R Industrial Electric where he was instrumental in strategic planning and operational initiatives that helped the 30 year old company expand territories and build branch facilities for several Fortune 500 recognized companies and other established European businesses. Edoardo’s impressive background also includes education at the Academy for Italian Air Force in Rome, Italy. With a life-long passion for staying in top shape, which includes earning the 1998 title of European Bodybuilding Champion, Edoardo hopes to use both his operational talent and his nutritional knowledge in the growth and expansion of CNI. He is fluent in both Italian and English and is also proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
With a broad base of financial management and oversight experience including: bridging corporate finance, information technology and corporate strategy, Nish is responsible for Cal Nutrasciences, Inc.’s financial structure and performance. Before joining CNI, Nish served as Controller for several large publicly traded companies with worldwide distribution. He honed his impressive financial credentials while working for various venture backed start-up companies where his responsibilities included raising capital, corporate finance and corporate governance. Nish’s background also includes overseeing the billion dollar growth of several companies. In addition, he served more than seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick where his clients included numerous high tech and financial services companies. Nish's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration (honors) in Accounting and Finance from Acadia University (Canada). Nish is also a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CA).
Victor Gutierrez is literally a pioneer in the areas of shipping and Network Marketing with nearly 30 years hands-on working warehouse distribution experience, including helping to set-up the shipping for several successful start-up companies. Through the years, he has honed his skills implementing and overseeing the daily operations in the warehouse related to shipping and receiving, packing and assembly, returns, inventory, as well as working with all the major package carriers. In addition, he has supervised the shipping of upwards of 6,000 packages in one day and has worked on some of the most advanced computerized inventory and shipping systems. Victor is a dedicated shipping professional and will undoubtedly be a driving force behind the success of CNI.
With over 10 years of Customer Service experience in both the corporate and network marketing arenas, Maria is well-versed and experienced in delivering exceptional VIP support, as well as meeting the daily needs of CNI’s growing team of Sales Reps. She is in charge of the training of all new CNI Customer Service representatives. Beyond her impressive background in the area of Customer Service, Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and brings to CNI a wealth of understanding and an extensive background in nutrition and public health. Maria is bilingual—fluent in both English and Spanish.
With nearly 20 years of communication and media experience, Tammy has an impressive background and is a well-seasoned and multi-talented media professional. Having worked as a professional broadcast journalist and producer for both the ABC and NBC affiliates in Louisville, KY, and Columbus, GA, covering such major events as Desert Storm and interviewing political icons such as Secretary of State and Former First Lady Hilary Clinton, Tammy’s expertise in writing, interviewing and producing are second-to none. In addition, Tammy has spent more than half of her professional career working corporately for several highly successful Networking Marketing companies developing communication resources, live events and award-winning media. Her first-hand knowledge of the Network Marketing industry combined with her remarkable media and communication background make her a valuable asset to CNI and its future growth.
Char has extensive experience in both management and financial areas from the development phase to daily operations. Creating solutions while integrating office relationships coupled with design and implementation of policies and procedures for day-to-day operations. Accomplishments include creating and maintaining financial records for several different entities. Her proficiency in back office operations and financial needs produce an efficient administrative center. Char holds a Bachelor of Science and brings to CNI a wealth of understanding and an extensive background in management and human resources.
